The Connect web portal opens
It's time to complete your company profile. Please prepare a short company bio, website links to submit into the portal. This allows our vendor partners to know more about you during the appointment selection process.
JUNE 30
Marketing artwork deadline
All marketing artwork and advertising assets for onsite event displays must be submitted by June 30.
JULY 15
Complete your company profile
All web portal company profiles must be completed by this date.
JULY 20
The Connect web portal goes live
The web portal opens for all attendees. This is a great time to review the participating vendors so you are prepared when appointment preference selections open.
JULY 31
Hotel reservation deadline
Deadline to reserve your room at Resorts World Las Vegas for Smile Together 2026. Room block link and access code will be distributed separately.
AUGUST 10
Appointment selection opens
The appointment portal opens for one-on-one meeting selection. You will select Hosted Hospitals that best align with your business objectives during designated appointment time slots. Our team will then cross-reference vendor and Hosted Hospital preferences to create curated one-on-one business meetings.
AUGUST 17 - SEPTEMBER 18
Advance warehouse shipping window
All event assets shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive within the dates listed below.

Materials received outside of these dates may incur additional handling surcharges.

Appointment selection closes
The web portal closes for one-on-one appointment selection.
SEPTEMBER 7
Appointment schedules released
You will receive your personalized meeting schedule to begin preparing for onsite meetings and networking opportunities.
